      <p>
        HRD Corp Claimable Courses (HCC) is the main scheme that allows employers 
        to retrain and upgrade their workforce without upfront payments. Approved 
        course fees are debited directly from levy contributions.

        <p>
          Employers can apply for in-house, public, remote online, development programmes, 
          e-learning, coaching, and mentoring. Applications must be submitted at least 
          one day before training begins.
        </p>
        <p>
          Since January 2025, trainers must hold HRD Corp Accreditation status to deliver 
          training. Employers may also request up to 30% upfront payment during grant 
          application, subject to refund if training is cancelled.
        </p>
