Bridging the Talent Gap: Future Workers Training (FWT)

Under the latest ACM enhancements, employers can claim the Training Provider's course fee for in-house FWT programs at a maximum of RM10,500 per day per group. The scheme requires a minimum of 2 trainees, with a maximum of 25 for technical skills and 50 for soft skills.

One critical condition is the monthly trainee allowance, which is now based on the amount paid by the employer but subject to the salary offered upon employment. To claim this, the future salary must be equivalent to or more than the allowance paid during training. This ensures that the training serves as a direct pipeline into stable, high-quality employment.
