One of the most notable changes is the increase in maximum claimable course fees. For General Courses (In-house), the ceiling has been raised to RM10,500 per day per group (based on a 7-hour training day). Public training rates have also seen an increase to RM1,750 per day per participant.

Furthermore, trainee and trainer allowances have been modernized. The daily meal allowance is now capped at RM100 per pax, while trainee allowances for distances over 100km have increased to RM500 per day. These enhancements simplify the claims process and allow companies to utilize their levy more effectively.
